Sherri O'Boyle a seasoned management and marketing consultant in Las Vegas, Nevada. In her thirty-year career, she has been involved in start-ups, turnarounds and work-outs of numerous master planned developments resort real estate projects, as well as a number of retail and commercial businesses.  As Managing Director of Marketing and Management, she demonstrates a proven ability to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that support and underscore corporate business and financial objectives.

Recognized as an expert in creating and applying unique marketing and sales programs, as well as overseeing brand management and project positioning, O’Boyle specializes in the upscale and luxury markets, however her programs have the reach of all markets. With an overall goal of increasing the consumer’s awareness and understanding of the client’s vision, marketing efforts led by O’Boyle create public confidence and increase the development’s inherent value. She has led key marketing initiatives that have accelerated sales projections, turned around overall performance and increased company profitability. Also notable, is her ability to build highly motivated teams focused on achieving market dominance and reaching revenue goals. Management of day-to-day departmental operations with full budget P & L responsibility is also a major area of focus.In addition to being recognized by industry organizations and associations for the marketing created for multi-billion dollar resort real estate developments, O’Boyle was honored, in 2000,  as one of the country’s top Marketing and Sales professionals by the National HomeBuilder’s Association.

A graduate of the University of Florida, she has been associated with developments and financial institutions in California, Nevada, Arizona, Virginia, South Carolina and Florida during her 30-year career.  Sherri has held senior management positions with luxury real estate developments as well as consulted to numerous high-end projects throughout the country. Previously, Sherri served as vice president of marketing for Lake Las Vegas Resort, in Henderson Nevada. Her efforts helped position Lake Las Vegas Resort's standing as a premiere international residential resort destination and earned her numerous recognitions by industry organizations and associations.
